2001 Maniacs is just an easy watch with some problems. Random college kids finding a literal ghost town filled with the worst kind of ghosts. The main reason I even watched this is because of Robert Englund and Lin Shaye – they do make it worth watching.

I’m not a huge alien person, aside from The X-Files, so I wasn’t honestly sure how I was going to react to this movie. Considering who made the movie, it was very well put together and the production was top tier. I may have fallen asleep and missed the part when they figure out they could become invisible, so I may need to give it a second watch to have a solid review of the movie. Overall though, it was a good movie, just not something I would seek out on my own.

I have a deep lover for the original, so I wasn’t jumping to see a remake. With that said, the remake was a really fun watch. They kept the absurdity of the original, as well as the use of practical effects. The cast is a wild range of actors who everyone knows. I hope that those who watch it do take the time to watch the original series of films.

I do love this movie. The thought of being trapped anywhere is scary, but being trapped in a sauna makes it even more terrifying. This is one of the best Scout Taylor-Compton films, hands down.

I didn’t go into this movie thinking it was going to be anywhere near good because it’s a “tubi orignal”. I have to say, I liked this movie so much more than I thought I was going to. During the majority of the movie I thought I had it all figured out, but I was greatly surprised by the ending. I can honestly picture myself watching this one again.

I grew up watching Jackass and it’s just bittersweet to see it finally come to an end. The movie was hilarious, as all the others, but please don’t let your small children watch it because they will have questions. Seriously, someone had a 6 year old in the theater when we watched it.
